Sazon Review

Have you ever wanted to go to South America and experience Peruvian Cuisine? I’m going to tell you about a new restaurant called Sazon (seasoning) that serves the freshest exotic ingredients right here in Santa Rosa that will leave you wondering why you didn’t hear about this wonderful flavor dispensary disguised as a modern Peruvian restaurant sooner, this place is a true secret, but if anyone knows me I’m horrible at keeping secrets and I think this restaurant is going to become very popular as long as people don’t try to keep it all for themselves. The ceviche was a fun mouth popping little flavor bomb that explodes with the freshest tongue twisting flavors I didn’t know even existed. I tried almost the whole menu in just two visits, I would encourage you to talk with Chef Pablo and ask any questions about the menu because he is very knowledgeable and friendly person, I showed some interest in his cuisine and next thing I know I’m testing items not even on the menu, now that is a true honor when a chef wants your opinion on his food creations. I always suggest bringing in a bottle of wine or even a six pack of cold beer as a show of appreciation to a chef if you know you will be coming to eat his food often, trust me they will return the favor sooner or later, plus there is nothing more rewarding In life then making someone happy. The restaurants staff presents themselves in a very professional manner and is genuinely nice. The open kitchen seats offer the guest the option to view their food being composed in a clean and organized kitchen. Sazon is the only upscale restaurant in the area which makes it a true gem. This place is awesome and I can’t say enough good things about it, so please try it and let me know how your experience was! Don’t forget to tell them I sent you!
